My official name is called Saw Cary Win. For over 20 years, I have many hands-on experiences as a professional in a various industries supporting businesses and developing people. I am very keen to share my knowledge and skills whenever having opportunities to do so. By understanding the challenges of young people in Myanmar, I started to write a few simple books explaining things they need to understand in Human Resources, Supervision, Customer Service, and Self-Awareness. I also organized a Facebook group to join my knowledge sharing sessions so that people may view my videos and read my notes. I also facilitated many corporate training sessions in a various company when they are interested to develop their employees. Basically, I am so passionate to learn and share my experience whenever possible.
