About Course
လုပ်ငန်းအဖွဲ့အစည်းတိုင်မှာ သူတို့ရဲ့ performance တွေကို တိုင်းတာတဲ့နေရာတွေမှာ အားနည်းတတ်ကြပါတယ်။ အထူးသဖြင့် KPI ဆိုတဲ့ Key Performance Indicator ဆိုတာကို မှားယွင်းစွာ နားလည်သတ်မှတ်တတ်ကြလေ့ရှိပါတယ်။ ဒီ သင်တန်းလေးမှာ KPI ဆိုတဲ့ Key Performance Indicator အကြောင်းကို မိတ်ဆက်ရှင်းပြပေးထားပါတယ်။ အထူးသဖြင့် David Parmenter ရဲ့ Key Performance Indicator အတိုင်း ပြန်လည် ရှင်းပြပေးထားတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီ သင်တန်းမှာ video သင်ခန်းစာပေါင်း (၁၄)ခု နဲ့ (၃) နာရီကျော်လောက်ကို အချိန်ပေးလေ့လာရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီ သင်ခန်းစာတွေကို သင်တန်းကာလ (၃) လအတွင်း စိတ်ကြိုက်လေ့လာသင်ကြားခွင့်ရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
